Fill out 2020 CM300 Moose Permits and mail it to:
Alaska Department of Fish & Game
P.O. Box 47
Glennallen, Alaska 99588

Or do an online CM300 moose report at ADFG webpage:

1. Go to: http://hunt.alaska.gov
2. Click on File My Hunt Report.
3. Fill in required fields, ID Number, ID State/Province, Date of Birth, Name, Email address; click on Next at the bottom of the page.
4. If you have correctly entered required entries, you should receive a confirmation number, and a confirmation email from Alaska Dept. of Fish & Game.
